The Global Accelerator Network consists of independently owned and operated regional organizations that operate a high quality start-up accelerator program. The Network provides professional development, networking opportunities, training, consulting and ongoing support for members.
We are looking for an awesome Marketing Intern to support the Director of Global Accelerator Network with:
- Providing content for our blog, social networking sites, and internal communication platforms.
- Writing newsletters, press releases, and publications for the media.
- Providing support in the development and creation of marketing initiatives.
- Helping to prepare for new business calls and meetings with new affiliates of the Network.
- Helping with event coordination and logistics.
The candidate for this position must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks:
- Currently obtaining his/her bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, journalism or marketing, or already have one of the degrees.
- Extremely strong work ethic, superb attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline-sensitive environment.
- And lastly: You’re a fun, positive person with an awesome personality.
